FALL CARDs

Happy Fall Y'owl

I have a great idea for a simple Owl card. Since owl's are all the craze now. Even my granddaughter Emma loves owl cards and made a few with me last time she visited granny & papa's house.

Just take a 81/2 X 11 in sheet of cardstock, preferably white, and cut in half, each side measuring 51/2 inches. fold each piece again.
Take an owl stamp, and three shades of one color. I used oranges, blues and greens for my cards.

stamp the image three times on the card front, you can hand draw a branch or use a flourish stamp.
stamp the owl image again on white cardstock panel and cut out, attach to the middle owl or the same colored owl, attach with dimensional sticker dots.

add a sentiment or "owl saying,"

here are a few ideas,
Owl miss you! ~  Hi Y'owl!! ~ Your'e such a Hoot! ~ Owl always love you~ Who's the best? ~  Owls about dinner?~  Yoo-Hoo! ~ Whoo's Thankful? ~ Thanks for giving ahoot!

have fun, let the kids make a card too!!

Fall decor

Hello everyone, just thought you may like to see a door ornament that my daughter,Amber, has created. It is quite lovely and colors are brilliant, so is the design. take a peak at her totallysmitten.blogspot.com or ivillage.com where her door hanger was featured.

Such creativity in our family!!   kathy
